Refund policy
Returns
Clothing must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags attached to garments.
Before returning, send us an email at stickmancycling@gmail.com letting us know why the item is being returned and we will send you a Fedex shipping label.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.
- We offer store credit.
- The cost of return depends on your location and Fedex shipping rates to your country.
- Return shipping label costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping costs (if applicable- original order under 600€) will also be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns will be credited to the original method of payment.
-Fedex shipping labels can be dropped off at any Fedex stores or Fedex service point.

Exchanges
To start an exchange, send us an e-mail with the return information including a note that you are requesting an exchange, and quickly complete a new purchase on our website. If the original item is sold out in the size you are looking for, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of the same value. You are responsible for return shipping label fees, but we will generate the shipping label for you. After your shipment arrives at our facility new, unwashed and with tags, your refund will be processed. Cost of return shipping label depends on your location and Fedex shipping rates to your country.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Refunds for exchanges include a deduction of the shipping cost of the original order and a deduction of the return shipping label cost.
Refunds for returns include a deduction of the shipping cost, a deduction of the cost of the return shipping label, and a 15% Restocking Fee (product price.)
Shipping Fees
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Restocking Fees
Only applicable to returning orders and/or order cancellations.
Restocking fee is 15% of returned product price.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Once a package leaves our facility the order cannot be cancelled. At that point you will need to accept the package. If you are unhappy with the product, ask us for a shipping label, pay the fee, and ship it back to us in new condition, unwashed with tags, and we will process the refund. Please follow the "Returns" steps.
