IS IT SAFE TO SHOP WITH YOU?
Yes! We understand your personal security and safety is of paramount importance. We adhere to strict electronic and physical measures to protect your devices and credit/debit card information from unauthorized access.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit and debit card companies. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay!
HOW IS IT SHIPPED?
All products are shipped through our partner Fedex. We ship everywhere in the world. Our various delivery times- U.S: 3-6 days, Japan: 2-6 days, and Australia: 3-6 days. South American and Central American countries might see a longer shipping times due to bureaucracy.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
Please check your email to ensure your order has shipped. As soon as you order you will receive a tracking number from Fedex. Another way of checking is signing into the profile section on the homepage.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Yes, our shipping has a flat rate of €11.99 anywhere in the world. Orders over €200 have free shipping! If you need to exchange or return an item, we will NOT refund shipping costs and/or return shipping label costs (this cost will be deducted from your refund.)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE AFTER DISPATCH?
After ordering your product we will ship it to you immediately from our warehouse in Barcelona. Waiting times depend on your location but usually take no more than a week.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Clothing must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. If you want to change a product before it has left our warehouse please send us an email immediately. If you want to exchange a product after it has left our warehouse, please purchase the other design/size you are looking for and send us an email. We will ship you the new product and send you a return shipping label for the product you want to exchange.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once a package has left the warehouse, it can not be canceled. You would need to accept the package, and if you are unhappy with it commence the return process. Please check our returns/exchanges section on the website.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Your refund will be processed immediately after a return or exchange of products. All banks are different, but estimating there should be a 2-5 business day period for the refund to reach your account.
WHERE ARE THE KITS MADE?
All of our products are hand-made in Barcelona. Everything is made with ethical labor in secure spaces for top focus on quality, fit, and performance.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
As soon as you order you will receive an email from Fedex with your tracking number and delivery date of the package. We try to make everything as simple as possible for the Stickman family!
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Stickman is a limited edition brand. That means, we never restock, remake, or reuse a design. From the moment that a design or size is expired (sold out) we will never have the same design, only different things! Stay tuned and don’t miss an opportunity!

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS?
We have never had a client pay for customs. That is something cool about Stickman, wherever you are, your purchase will arrive at your doorstep hassle-free. NO HIDDEN COSTS!

As of now, Stickman only sells its awesome cycling kits and recently launched first-of-its-kind cork water bottles! Stickman will expand into lifestyle products this year and in the next few years expand into new sports! Excited to see Stickman’s art all over the world? We know we are!
HOW MANY DESIGNS DO YOU LAUNCH PER YEAR?
We launch around 10-15 designs per year! By working with various artists all over the world, we are able to have a wide variety of quality designs for customers to choose from.
